Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong, ensuring fast and secure delivery.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order for any changes or cancellations. After this window, changes aren’t guaranteed — but you can still return your order once it arrives for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for fast and secure checkout.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays. During sale periods or high demand, please allow extra time for processing.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and international shipping, your order may take 2–4 weeks to arrive. You’ll receive tracking info once your package is on the way.


What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, you're eligible for a full refund. Just email us at glowjaw@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.
